KS2 children had a blast at our Valentine’s Day Disco yesterday – lots of hotdogs, dancing and sweets were enjoyed by all 🙂 Mr Mumby took to the decks and by children’s request, the highly acclaimed tune – ‘Sigma Boy’ – had the school hall jumping like never before!

EYFS Disco
Reception children looked fabulous in their disco outfits. We has such a great time at our school disco. We dance the afternoon away and even had a great sing along to a couple of songs.






Class 10 – Working Together to Find the Features of a Non-Chronological Text
In Year 3, we are learning all about non-chronological report writing so that we can write some amazing information texts about the body after half-term. To start us off, we have been exploring what a good non-chron report looks like and identifying the features we will need to include in our own writing.




Class 7 Balanced Diets!
Today, Class 7 created their own food boards to make sure that they understood a healthy and balanced diet. There was some beautiful work created. Well done Class 7 for another amazing lesson!

What a lovely afternoon we had in Crew Walton! Our children shared their love for Little People, Big Dreams books with their parents and carers, created their own front covers and considered what their biography would look like. A huge thank you to all who joined us!













e-Safety Orienteering!
Thank you to everyone who attended the e-Safety orienteering session yesterday afternoon. Although the weather wasn’t great and it limited the amount of space we were able to use, the children remained enthusiastic and did their best to make sure they could find every answer. A big thank you as well to some of our crew councillors and digital leaders who were able to help assist and capture photos from the event. Well done to everyone involved!

Class 7 labelling body parts!
Today, we had an active science lesson! We drew around our friends and then labelled all of the body parts we know. Well done Class 7 for working so well and being so enthusiastic and sensible during the lesson!
