Poppy appeal items will be on sale all Thursday and Friday this week they will be brought round to classes by school councilors but can also be purchased at break and lunch times in class 12.
All items available are 50p from the box or any donation for a paper poppy.

Unfortunately, due to events out of our control, the Y5/6 visits to York Railway museum will be cancelled. Contributions will be fully refunded. Additional information will be sent next week when we return to school.

We will be collecting donations between the 4th and 13th November 2019. If you would also wish to donate £1 towards the shipping of these boxes it will be very gratefully received.
The children completed acts of kindness for each other, thanked children for their support and friendship and created lovely messages in a jar to share throughout the year when they feel sad.
We held additional circles and gave extra ‘shout outs’ for each other.
We have very kind and thoughtful children in year 6!

I have been completely overwhelmed with the quality of homework produced in Crew Mumby! From amazing pictures of the Hogwarts Express to creating wands, every piece of homework has greatly impressed me. The 3 children above have spent a considerable amount of time crafting their wands, adding intricate detailing and patterns. I’m hoping we get a spare bit of time so they can show me how to do it! Well done guys- keep up your motivated attitude!
Ethan has worked incredibly hard during our last literacy cycle to produce this superb piece of writing. Ethan considered purposeful adjectives, used figurative language and added clauses into his setting description of Hogwarts. Ethan was inspired by our recent field visit to Harry Potter Studios and wrote passionately of his first hand experiences. I’m very proud- Well done!!
