Y6 – Snaith School Open Evening
Y6 Parent Meeting
We would like you to a Y6 meeting on Tuesday 17th September @5pm. Year 6 is an incredibly important year and there is lots to consider! We will be sharing important information regarding secondary schools, SATS and the London residential.

UPDATED Year 6 – Secondary School Opening Evenings
The deadline for applying to secondary school is 31st October – you must apply for a secondary or your children risk not getting a place.
Please see some of the open evening details for some of the schools in our surrounding area. We would suggest you go along where you can to take a look around the schools! XP and Ash Hill Academy dates will be confirmed asap.

Thursday 26th September 4pm-6pm. This is the same event that was hosted in June so you do not need to attend again if you went then.

Y6 – VR Workshop
We had great fun today participating in a VR workshop where we were able to explore space! We saw the International Space Station, watched the moon landing and were able to see all of the planets to compare sizes!
Y6 PE / XP Outdoors
Year 6 PE and XP outdoors will take place on Fridays. This will require two different kits so children will need to be prepared!
PE kits should be plain green or white t-shirts and black shorts or long bottoms. Trainers will be needed for PE.

As part of hook week we have immersed ourselves in an hour of coding completing various challenges using scratch in preparation for our expedition.
