We had a superb visit to Magna this week!
Today, Class 7 have been creating their very own fact files on British astronaut Helen Sharman! We used a range of sources and helped each other to create some beautiful work!
In Crew this morning, Class 7 were understanding Human Rights and what they mean to us. These link to our British Values and we were able to see how we are protected, especially children. We created posters to highlight Human Rights!
Take a look at some of our sketches of Kings and Queens!
Class 7 have been working super hard on their self portraits today. Although, tricky, we have worked hard and shown lots of courage!
We are excited to confirm details of our Family Learning event on Wednesday 7th May. We ask parents to arrive at the office at 2pm for a fun filled hour with our children where we will be building on our skills in chair drumming! Let’s hope the sun keeps shining!
This week we have been focussing on number bonds to 10 in our maths learning. We have been showing these in different ways and the children were using the knowledge that they already had to help them.
We tried it in as many ways as we could. Well done Class 3, we are definitely maths superstars!
