We have had loads of great news from the children this weekend! I have been blown away with the amount of medals, trophies and amazing experiences that the children have had this weekend. Thomas scored his first goal, Penny was in a dance show and Jude, Ezra, George, Phoenix and Eden won their first cup final trophy with their football team! Well done guys, I’m so proud of you all!
I have been notified by TTRS (Maths Circle) that many children are using out-of-date versions of the game which may not have the new functionalities.
It’s important that they use the latest versions of the app and and website to ensure they receive the most secure, feature-rich and enjoyable experience of Times Tables Rock Stars. Some of the versions are so far behind that they’re missing out on key updates.
Solution:
If using the website at home, please ask parents to visit play.ttrockstars.com/reset to load the latest version in their device’s browser. Otherwise please to update the Times Tables Rock Stars app from the app store.
Thanks,
Mr Mumby
A huge thankyou to everyone in class 8 who brought contributions towards children in need, we have had a lovely day dressing up and afternoon doing the activities. 😊
Thank you so much to our fantastic parents and carers that came this afternoon to help us wrapping presents and creating gifts as part of our celebration of learning next week. We can’t wait to give back to our community and we couldn’t have don’t it without your help. Well done class 8, I am so proud of you as always!

KS1 would like to invite our parents and carers to attend a hero-studded awards event to celebrate the achievements of the wonderful people in our community. The children have been busy writing presentation speeches and rehearsing their hand-shakes in preparation for the ceremony and cannot wait to welcome you all!
DATE: Thursday 23rd November
PLACE: Green Top School Hall
TIME: 4 – 5pm
Refreshments will be available and there will also be the chance to buy a digital copy of the amazing photographs that were taken of the children during our superhero dress up day at the beginning of term.
Please fill in this Google Form to request seats at the event. There is no limit to the number of other children you can bring but the adult seats will be restricted to 2 per KS1 class member.
If your child attends an after school club you could send in party clothes for them to change into and meet them at the ceremony. If not, you could take them home to change and return to school in time for the awards to begin at 4pm.
The children are looking forward to welcoming you all!

Year 2 have a had a lovely guest this afternoon, a midwife! She told us all about her job and how she works in the hospital and in the local community to help look after pregnant ladies and new born babies. She brought us some interesting equipment to show us that she uses to help her do her job.
