We like to party…
In Crew Jackson, we had so much fun on Friday afternoon dancing and playing party games. Everyone joined in and showed us fabulous dance moves. We had so much fun as we played good old traditional games – from sleeping lions to musical statues and finally musical bumps. We finished the day with half an hours chill out, watching the start of The Grinch. Thank you guys for an awesome end to our first Christmas week. xx
Christmas, Christmas, Christmas
On Friday morning Mr Mumby and Mr Ambler took year 5 out on the 3G for a football tournament. Some children chose to stay inside and we had lots of fun making Christmas cards, Christmas pictures and Christmas decorations! We even got in a bit of Christmas dancing too! Anything Christmasy we did it!!!
Children in Need: Competition Winners
Thank you to all of those children who entered the Children in Need competition. There were some fantastic designs but our school council have managed to choose one winning entry from each phase. Well done to the winners, prizes will be sent out to you shortly.

Save the Children: Christmas Jumper Day
On Friday 10th December, we will be having a Christmas jumper day to raise money for the ‘Save the Children’ charity. Children are encouraged to come to school wearing a Christmas jumper or t-shirt and bring a donation of £1. Thank you for your support, we can’t wait to see your Christmas outfits!

Fabulous art work in Crew Jackson
This week in art we are working towards completing our final product artwork. After multiple drafts, we have gone on to practice our watercolour skills in the style of Quentin Blake and finally use the mixed media of watercolour and ink, to produce our final pieces of art. We are very proud of our pictures of Stephenson’s Rocket and I can’t wait to see them all completed!
