Extended Study – Thank you day!

Thank You Day is a national initiative in the UK dedicated to expressing gratitude to individuals and groups who make a positive impact in our communities. Originally launched in 2021 to acknowledge the efforts of NHS staff and other key workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the day has since evolved into a broader celebration of appreciation and community spirit.

We would like to get involved by saying a big thank you to different people within our local community.

Create a postcard, thank you card or poster to someone in our community that you want to say THANK YOU to.

Make a list in Crew of all the people you want to say thank you to and bring in your completed cards next Monday! We would love to deliver some of the cards before the end of Summer Term!

Wizard of Oz was amazing!!!!

Key stage 1 children were extremely lucky today to be the first people to watch their dress rehearsal. Honestly, the children sat silently for nearly 90 minutes because the show was so good.

We had tears and laughter from the staff throughout and lots of cheering and clapping! Here are a couple of sneak peek photos!!! I can’t wait to watch it all over again!!!! X x

Current Year 4 and 5 parents only

We are gauging interest in visiting Harry Potter Studios in London in the autumn term towards Christmas. This will be for Year 5/6 next year so the current Year 4 and 5 children.

Entry tickets are approximately £20 however we won’t be able to give a final price until the coach has been booked which does add significantly more to the total cost. This trip will only go ahead for those that pay for a place.

Please complete the Google form below linked so we can gauge numbers and hopefully get the visit booked in before the summer holidays.

Thanks Y5/6 Crew
