Class 12’s learning legend today is Charleigh picked by Miss Rooke and myself.

Charleigh has responded very well to feedback and produced some amazing maths learning today … she has been working hard all week on her fraction and decimal learning and you can tell today it all come together just right!  She has even produced a really strong self critique : )

Harry has been working hard and been very creative with his new Gravitrax kit this week.  He was so pleased with it he shared it with me and I must say it is very cool and hooked me in watching it!

He has also been very successful in winning 2nd place in ‘The Rainbow’ competition at his mum and dad’s work – winning £10 – can you guess what hes spent it on- you guessed it more Gravitrax – can’t wait to see your other creations!

Alex has blown me away with his responses to our reading starter today….yesterday I left him some I wonders to think about and a little more direction on what sort of answer I was expecting for a similar task.  Today it is clear he must have looked clearly at his feedback and acted on it instantly – his answers today were specific and exactly what was required and asked!  Thanks so much Alex and well done!

Ollie over the past weeks has really been a super star.  Everyday he has produced some brilliant learning in all the subject areas we have loaded up onto the classroom.  Today, he has amazed me even more with this brilliant poster he has created with some great information and drawings.

Well done Ollie, you are doing some really great learning – thank you 🙂

Harry and Angel have been very busy and been very creative with what resources they have available to them.  Harry has made a Roman Aqueduct with some cups as the columns and some cardboard to create the waterway.

Angel has use cotton buds to create her birthday in Roman Numerals and spent the morning baking and making her very own Roman coins!

Charleigh has been a true Have a Go Henry.  She has been completing lots of learning but her Roman coins I think are brilliant.  She has carefully followed some instructions to make some dough, cut them out in different sizes and placed Roman Numerals on them to identify their different values.
