What a brilliant morning in Crew Jackson today! Both Miss Kelly and I are super impressed with the hard work you put in to using the different sources of information to find out facts about the layers of the rainforest. You working so well to collaborate and grapple with lots of new vocabulary and it was impressive how many of you included new words in your own independent work. Even I learnt a new word today – liana!

Check out the little elves in Crew Jackson, who are working hard to make reindeer food to sell at the Y6 fundraiser after school today. Come and join us in the KS2 playground at 3pm!

In Crew Jackson, we had so much fun on Friday afternoon dancing and playing party games. Everyone joined in and showed us fabulous dance moves. We had so much fun as we played good old traditional games – from sleeping lions to musical statues and finally musical bumps. We finished the day with half an hours chill out, watching the start of The Grinch. Thank you guys for an awesome end to our first Christmas week. xx
