Christmas Jumper Day: Save the Children 🎄🎅🏻

Last Friday, children were encouraged to wear a Christmas jumper and donate money to fundraise for the ‘Save the Children’ charity. As a school, we managed to raise an incredible £286 which will go towards helping many different families this Christmas. Thank you for the generosity of all who donated money!

Save the Children: Christmas Jumper Day

On Friday 10th December, we will be having a Christmas jumper day to raise money for the ‘Save the Children’ charity. Children are encouraged to come to school wearing a Christmas jumper or t-shirt and bring a donation of £1. Thank you for your support, we can’t wait to see your Christmas outfits!

Fabulous and festive!

Leila, you blow me away every day with your amazing attitude towards your learning but this is a big well done for giving your assessments 110% this week. You’ve also been trying exceedingly hard in accelerated reader this week too, super focussed on getting that 80% and more!

Well done and keep it up!!

Learning Council

Meet the members of Green Top’s 2021-2022 Learning Council!

They are all doing a wonderful job so far and have taken part in Maths Week, interviewing and showing visitors around school! I can’t wait to see what is in store for us next!

Remembering Alan 💙

Although many of us think of him often, today it has been so lovely to think of him altogether. It’s been wonderful to share our stories and memories of a truly special man.

One memory that got shared today was “we used to help Alan to deliver the milk and do jobs”. To the children that’s what they were doing but little did they know, he was doing a whole lot more, he was shaping lives and futures.

Always in our hearts xxx
