Today in English we went on a SPaG treasure hunt to revise our SPaG knowledge and answer questions in a variety of ways. Well done everyone you were all Motivated Moes and collaborated brilliantly to find the answers!
This afternoon we took part in The Big Move and completed the workout that schools across Britain have taken part in to raise money for Children in Need.
Also a big thank you for all your donations, you all looked fab – it was lovely to see so many home made outfits. Well done guys!

Today we acknowledged anti – bullying week by wearing odd socks and we appreciated how it’s okay to be different. Well done everyone for all your efforts! An extra well done to Heidi, she was voted to have the best odd socks in Crew Myers – she even made the extra effort of wearing odd bows and bobbles! Enjoy your prize!
Next week is national anti-bullying week which we will be celebrating again this year as a school. Odd socks day – Show and express your true self and individuality on Tuesday 12th November 2019! The crazier the better, let’s all sparkle and shine together 🙂
What is it?
Most importantly, Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!

Poppy appeal items will be on sale all Thursday and Friday this week they will be brought round to classes by school councilors but can also be purchased at break and lunch times in class 12.
All items available are 50p from the box or any donation for a paper poppy.

Evan has spent lots of time at home working with family and friends to build his very own engine. He brought his completed engine into school and shared lots of knowledge with the class about how the engine works and the names of the different parts! Well done Evan I am so proud of all your hard work and your fantastic home learning that links so well to our theme! 100 house points!!
