Last week, we enjoyed a nice morning walk to the Pentecostal church charity shop to drop off some bags of donations. The children enjoyed looking around and seeing the huge variety of items they had to sell.
Arnie has been looking at the different things that are powered by electricity in his home. He has made a bar chart to record how many different items he can find for each category. Well done Arnie!

Headteachers Weekly Newsletter – issue 15
Another very proud teacher during our feature finding lesson. The children were given their wagoll text and worked to identify the text’s structure, content and SPAG features.
They did an excellent job, they are getting so good at finding the features and in our discussions understanding how the features are used differently in the new genre.

Y3/4 Family Learning
Parents and carers of year 3 and 4 children are warmly invited to this term’s Family Learning event which focuses on our latest Expedition and our current case study: electricity! The session will be fun and interactive, getting hands on with circuits! We look forward to seeing you there! Please note, due to us needing electrical equipment, year 3 and 4 will take place on separate days which are as follows:
Year 3 Family Learning: 30th January 1:45- 3pm
Year 4 Family Learning: 29th January 1:45 – 3pm
