We have been making placards over the last couple of days to stand up for what we think is right!

Today, we have been building our own houses that look like those from London in 1666, as we are hooked into the Great Fire of London!

Today, we have been building our own houses that look like those from London in 1666, as we are hooked into the Great Fire of London!
What a lovely start to the day we had by singing our songs down Finkle Street and then handing out the key rings that we made. We even handed out our key rings to make people smile!
We then visited a local care home and sang songs, before handing out our cards to the residents!
Finally, we ended the day by having our water fun activities!
What a lovely morning we had completing an orienteering course where we got to run around the KS2 playground in search of different points!
We then were lucky to be able to visit Camp Green Top that Mr Kershaw put on for us. We read in tents, made musical instruments and toasted marshmallows with Mr Kershaw!
Here we are reading and making instruments!
We ended the day by litter picking within the community!
This week, Class 7 are working on being kinder members in their community and thinking what that could mean. So… we thought it would be great to make key rings that will be handed out on Friday.
We also want to visit a local elderly home and have made our own cards for them, which we cannot wait to drop off!
We have had a great week so far and there is still lots of fun to be had!
Our Year 1 and 2s loved being able to drop off their Paddington themed mobiles at a local day care nursery. We loved sharing our knowledge with the adults too!
Some of the lovely moments of Class 7 sharing their beautiful work with their adults!
Year 2 were lucky to have local MP Lee Pitcher come into discuss his job and what he does. We even got to see his special badge and Lee’s MP Christmas jumper. Thank you for the visit!
Hi everyone,
Here is a message to invite you to our Paddington Picnic on Tuesday 8th July 2025 (8.7.25). This will be held at school and the children are excited to show you their beautiful learning from this Expedition.
The time of the picnic will be 2pm and we welcome you all to come and enjoy. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us and you are more than welcome to bring your picnic blankets with you, if you would like.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as we can! 🙂
