Class 12: Second day of Hook Week!

We’ve had another lovely day in Class 12 today! We’ve looked at the different layers of soil (did you know there are 5?) as well as enjoyed looking at some of our new expedition books. Everyone loved looking at the books and have already learnt some great new facts that they enjoyed sharing!

Sport photos! ⚽️🏉

Mr Ambler and myself are creating a PE display for school. In this display, we want to celebrate our sporting successes across school whether it is a tournament, PE clubs or outside teams.

Please pass them onto your teacher and we will add these as part of our celebration 😀

Thanks,

Mr Gerrard and Mr Ambler 😆

Class 12: Layers of the Earth

Today we worked hard to create some lovely collage work to represent the different layers of the earth. They look fantastic now they are finished and I can’t wait to hang these in the classroom – they look so colourful!

Crew Knowles: Presentation of Learning

We had a fantastic presentation of learning yesterday celebrating the end of our expedition. I was so proud of all the children teaching their adults and sharing all of the science and computing knowledge they have learnt this term! It was so fun to ‘test’ the adults with our Kahoot quiz at the end! Well done to Lucas and his family for winning!

Crew Knowles: Aspirations Week

We’ve had a lovely first day for Aspirations Week! In crew this morning, we thought about our own aspirations and what we wanted to be when we were older. We had lots of great dreams including a vet, archaeologist and book store owner! This afternoon, we then had a lovely visit from Robyn’s mum who talked all about her career which was really interesting to listen to!
