Class 5 looked absolutely fantastic for World Book Day yesterday. We had lots of fun talking about our favourite stories and characters and making improvements to our class reading area. I am so impressed with all the entries to our story spoon competition too. Remember you have until Tuesday to bring in your story spoons!

Class 8’s story writing
The children’s core text in this case study about sea animals has been ‘Somebody Swallowed Stanley’. It has been fantastic to hear some of their own stories in a similar style. They have used alliteration, conjunctions and expanded noun phrases and I am so impressed! Well done class 8 x x
