This week Nursery has had so much fun exploring our new provision. The children have loved the new reading area and getting creative.

Nursery celebrating Children in Need
The children had a wonderful time on Friday celebrating Children in Need. We created spotty paintings and enjoyed a dotty disco. Thank you to all parents for making such an effort with the outfits and for the donations for Children in Need.
Nursery are remembering Alan
Our children may not have known Alan, our wonderful caretaker but his love and care for the children and staff at Green Top will always run through our nursery. Today we wear blue with pride to remember him.
TOY DONATIONS
As part of our expeditionary learning and our pledge to raise money for Changing Little Lives we are hoping to host a Toy Tombola at our Celebration of Learning next Wednesday. We are kindly asking for some used toys and games (in good and working condition) to place on the stall.
Please bring any donations to Nursery or Reception this week.

EYFS Book Sale TODAY – THURSDAY
A reminder that there will be a book sale outside of Nursery and Reception after school everyday this week. All books and book bundles are priced at £1 each and some 2 for £1. Books can be bought via parent pay or cash to raise money for Changing Little Lives as part of our expeditionary learning.

Nursery Celebration of Learning
‘How do we care for bears?’
Together we will share our final product and a teddy bears picnic.
Nursery Phonics ’b’
This week we are learning the grapheme and phoneme ‘b’. The children have been busy singing B-I-N-G-O, finding objects that begin with ’b’ and having a go at writing it in different ways. Well done, Nursery! We are so proud of you!
EYFS Book Sale for Little Lives Doncaster W/C 21st November
Dear All,
As part of our expeditionary learning we will be having a book sale everyday after school outside Nursery to raise money to buy teddy bears for Doncaster Changing Little Lives. These bears will provide much needed comfort for children in need aged 0-3 years.
If you feel able to donate to this worthy cause please donate on ParentPay or cash on the day. The suggested amount will show as £1.00 on Parent Pay from today but any donations are more than welcome.

Nursery- Remembrance Day
Learning in Nursery is fun
Stewardship has been key today too, the children have taken their time to keep the Nursery tidy and Reggie enjoyed sweeping the leaves outside.
