A huge well done to Martha for speeding through her reading challenge and collecting all the stickers on her way to the end. I can’t wait to see our children graduate real soon!

In our intervention groups we are remembering /ee/ and /igh/

Today in expedition we have been appreciating the wonderful planet we live on. Some of the children spent a long time making some wonderful Earth themed crafts! We also made our own small world environments for the toy animals to live in. Tomorrow we will be learning about the impact of human activity on our planet and how we can take action to protect the environment.

Charlie and Chayce have been working so hard today in phonics and maths alongside being super kind to all of their friends and looking after their environment. We are all super proud of you both. Keep up being awesome!

WOW! What a lovely family learning session with the reception children. The children loved joining in all the craft activities with their grown-ups this afternoon. We have had some amazing art work from beautiful rock pools, mermaid hats and sea creatures, we even had some children turning into pirates for the session. Thank you to all the adults that came to join us this afternoon.
On Wednesday 8th June we will be continuing our expedition learning by celebrating World Oceans Day. We will find out how we can protect our Oceans and care for sea creatures. Children are invited to dress up in blue or sea themed clothes. 🌊🐬🐋🐠🦑🦈

Here are some of our children being wonderful problem solvers! We have been digging deeper with addition!

Y6 are looking to raise money to help fund some of our upcoming leavers celebrations such as buying leavers hoodies and autograph books.
We have 2 fantastic Harry Potter hampers to give away to 2 lucky winners!
Your child will bring home a strip of raffle tickets this week which are 50p per ticket. If you would like to buy any, please add in your tickets and the correct amount of money in to a sealed envelope and pass on to your class teacher. If you would like more tickets, please see the school office.
The raffle will be drawn on Friday 17th June. Good luck!
