In French today, Year 4 labelled and described clothing using colours.
Emmeline went one step further and wrote her own sentences describing the outfits of her favourite characters on Google classroom.

A big shout out to year 4 for their brilliant recounts! We have been very impressed with the children in school and also all the hard work and editing of the children at home. Keep it up year 4!
The children have been enjoying the high quality texts used as part of our expedition. This week we have enjoyed analysing the book called ‘the pebble in my pocket’ and it’s journey through time. The children had to scan the text in order to find the specific information. Well done Y4!

Today we have been making origami ships and testing them out. We’ve been discussing what makes a boat more likely to float and move more smoothly.
