End of term for Year 1!
As we head towards the final few days of Year 1, we are preparing the children to move into Year 2. Whilst we are doing that we have lots of beautiful work for the children to take home, could we ask that you bring a large, sturdy carrier bag tomorrow so that we can begin to hand out books etc from this past year!

Yr 3/4: Crew Oldridge – Data collection
Staff crew tonight 💚
Staff took part in their own staff crew sports day tonight. We felt exactly the same as some of the children did on sports day, when we were put outside of our comfort zone.
There were some falls, some competitiveness and lots of laughs!

Key stage 1s got talent 💚
What a fantastic show key stage 1 gave today! Our performers were so brave and we are so proud of ALL of them!!!! We had gymnastics, dancing, singing, cheerleading and kalimba playing.
Thank you so much to everyone for supporting these acts by practicing at home!

KS1 Sports Day
Just wanted to give a massive shout out to all our parents and carers for attending in such great numbers…the children loved having your support…and to all our runners, jumpers and skippers…you’re all winners in our eyes.

Key stage 1 sports day 💚
Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported our year 1 and 2 children in their sports day today!
The cheering and clapping from the crowd watching was just what our children needed and I especially loved the constant shouting for support at the finish line which got all of our children to the end of their race!
We had a fantastic morning with our crew and loved the fact that parents and carers were there to share it with us!

A huge well done to everyone who took part in a race too. We are so proud of you all for trying so hard!

KS1 Sports day
We would like to invite you to our sports day. It will be held on the KS2 field on Tuesday 5th of July beginning at 9.15am. Please send children to school wearing PE kit and trainers and with sun cream, a hat and a water bottle. Refreshments will be available for parents and carers. We look forward to seeing you there.

These guys received the yellow t-shirt this week for their awesome behaviour and attitudes to learning! We are so proud of them everyday and it was lovely to have parents in to celebrate this with us!
