Crew 16 enjoyed some Command Jo team building activities as part of their PE this week! There was lots of great communication and support from each other!
Check out the clips below that will help you understand next week’s learning in Maths.
I have also set you some I Am Learning homework should you want it. This week will consolidate your place value knowledge with comparing, ordering and reading numbers up to a million!
Enjoy your weekend,
Mr Mumby
Year 6 enjoyed a lovely walk to Thorne North station to see where our learning exploration product is going to be placed. They were so mature and sensible and knew exactly how to keep themselves safe!
Class 16 had a great family learning today! They enjoyed lots of Harry Potter related activities and also experimenting with circuits as part of our science. I was impressed with the discovery that whilst pencil wood is an insulator, the lead is a conductor! Well done everyone!
Year 6 had fun experimenting with circuits today. They investigated different circuits and found out what would happen if they added more bulbs or more cells to each circuit!
Year 6 Austerfield
Year 5/6 had an absolutely great time at Austerfield building relationships with their crew and developing their collaboration and team work skills!

Wow! Crew Knowles have been busy building some amazing dens at Austerfield!
