Will there be a school policy to immediately isolate and send any child home who starts exhibiting symptoms? Will schools be able to monitor temperatures of pupils in school that appear “under the weather”?
Thanks for your questions Mrs Godfrey, I have emailed you directly however, in short, yes there will be a policy but in the government guidance it states schools shouldn’t be taking temperatures. Green Top staff will however be asking all who enter the building if they have any new temperatures or coughs before being admitted into the building. (This is part of the daily routine during closure also). Parents will be requested not to enter the school building in order to minimise risk.
