A huge thank you to Pandora who came back to visit her old classroom today and shared a story with Class 6. The children loved listening to Pandy read and it was great to hear her using all the phonics skills – expression and punctuation – that she learned while in my class all those years ago….she read beautifully!

On Thursday, it is National Poetry Day! As it links with this weeks Reading Week it would be great to see lots of you get involved.

Crew Knowles enjoyed some quiet AR time earlier reading their books!
Well done to our super star readers in Year 5/6! With it being reading week, they were able to choose a brand new book to celebrate! Some great choices!
Today we have been comparing numbers in maths and using the ‘less than’ and ‘greater than’ symbols to compare tens and ones. They showed some super understanding and used the dienes really well. Well done guys!
