Mindful Yoga

 

Crew Thurkettle have been talking about Mindfulness all this week, learning that it means paying full attention to something. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. The children now know that when you’re mindful, you’re taking your time and focusing in a relaxed, easy way.
The children began their day with a session of mindful yoga to get themselves relaxed and focussed for the day.
