Today in Class 7, we have been racing against the timer to spell our Common Exception Words. The top 3 winners were…
Charlie in 1st place with 83 spellings, Thomas in 2nd place with 79 spellings and Emily coming a close third with 76 spellings in 5 minutes. WOW!
Well done to everyone for trying their best!

The book fair opened on Friday morning  and it was lovely to see so many children excited about buying a new book!
There is a great selection of books at very reasonable prices – made even cheaper with the World Book Day token, that gives £1 off!
The Book Fair is on until Wednesday after school – come and buy a book and raise funds for school!
Today the winning bloggers from the ‘Why I love Green Top Blog’ competition received their prizes in our Out of this World assembly. They have all been given a £5 voucher to spend at our book fair this week!

What a morning so far. Michael the School Chef has picked the Best Costume for both children and staff. We have made over £50 on our book swap stall and we have had over 300 children looking for ‘Wally’, and its only 11.20.
In Class 7 today we have been ‘racing against the bomb’ in our spelling session. We spelt as many common exception words as we could in 1 minute. Ryan was the overall spelling champion!
