In computing club today we looked at how to edit images using the iPads. Here are the final results!
This week we made 3D faces and aimed to apply some of the the techniques we learnt over the last couple of weeks. Loops, folds, curls, fringe, arches and tabs! They all got stuck in straight away and I was extremely impressed with all their efforts this week! Well done guys and thank you for having a go and listening so well!

This morning, we enjoyed investigating the different phases of the moon and finding out what causes them. Everyone enjoyed recreating the phases with some Oreos then we recreated the cycle by drawing the different phases.

We had great fun this morning learning about the phases of the moon and then recreating the phases using Oreos!!
This morning, as part of our reading lesson, we focussed on vocabulary and using dictionaries to find the definitions for each of the words!
Today In expedition, we have looked at the phases of the moon and how sunlight causes the different phases. We were hooked into the lesson using Oreo’s to show the different phases and even had a little treat at the end of the lesson. Well done everyone!
As part of Crew, we helped out with stewardship by litter picking in the quad!
