Crew Knowles – Faith Day
As part of our faith day today, we have been working hard on creating some beautiful Rangoli patterns and designs linked to Diwali!

Crew Knowles – plant experts!
We had a brilliant science lesson today learning all about reproduction in plants and the different parts of a plant!
We built up our background knowledge, through watching videos, reading, playing games and finally dissecting a lily! Lilies are great to be able to see the different male and female parts of a plant really clearly!

Class Spetch – We are scientists – Parts of a plant
Wow! What a very busy and jam packed science lesson we’ve had this morning! We’ve worked so hard to learn about the different types of plant reproduction, the different parts of a plant and their functions and we even dissected a lilly and labelled the parts we could find! Well done Crew Spetch – You’ve been SUPER SCIENTISTS!

Class 8 Hinduism Faith day
Today the children have listened to the story of Rama and Sita and made their own clay Diya candle stand.

KS1 football tournament!
What a great day for the boys this afternoon as they represented school at their first ever tournament. It’s fair to say we showed lots of courage and determination to be our best. Some highlights included a wonderful solo goal in a tough match, lots of great defensive work and some brave goalkeeping. We can’t wait for more! 🙂 Just a reminder to bring the kits back tomorrow, please!
