Year 4 – TTRockstars Update

I have been blown away by the response of our Year 4 children today. Some have taken their times tables to the next level with how much they have been playing today and literally answered thousands of questions!

What has been especially impressive is the amount of children getting involved who haven’t joined in on TT Rockstars for a while, finding themselves near the top of the leaderboard. Well done and keep it up everyone!

Y4 Home Learning

Thank you to Pandora and Niah who shared their lovely home learning today. Pandora drew a great circuit using the correct scientific symbols and Niah made a great poster all about keeping your teeth healthy! Well done again girls!

Class 10 terrific tag rugby!

Class 10 have had a fabulous afternoon practising their tag rugby skills. We made the most of the winter sunshine and practiced our sideways passing, in small groups and then in two large groups with 3 rugby balls at once! we then has time for a game of tag rugby which we all enjoyed very much.

Great effort from everyone this afternoon, I love doing PE with you all! Keep up the great work.

Class 13 – TTRockstars! ✖️🟪⬛️

This afternoon we have been working hard on our times tables by accessing TTRockstars! Our class and Miss Knowles’ class are currently in competition to see who can get the most answers correct by the end of the week. All of the class have been working extremely hard to make sure that our class come out on top. Make sure we are practising at home as well – every correct answer counts!

Accessing Letter join at home

Please see the letter below about how your child can access the online handwriting programme at home. This is a wonderful resource which will not only support your child in developing their cursive handwriting but will also enable them to work on improving their spelling too.

If you have any issues accessing letter-join or need support navigating your way around the site, please see your child’s class teacher who will be happy to assist you.
