Our current top 5 TTRockstars players in Class 6 were showing us how it’s done today! Thank you to all the children who have logged on and helped us to remain in the lead again today. Super well done to Arnie, Spencer and Phoenix who have been fighting for that number 1 spot! Keep up the super practise.
Class 11 worked super hard on their fractions in maths today. It was such a great vibe, as we worked collaboratively on working out the amounts within a fraction. Some of our experts helped the rest of us feel more confident with this skill and helped to make sure that we were all experts by the end. Keep up the great work guys, you were superb!
Class 11 were hard at work today, unpicking the features of a chronological report. This has helped them understand what a good report looks like!
We have been learning about fractions this week with a focus on 1/2, 1/4 and 1/3. The children have been finding fractions of shapes, amounts and then problem solving to support their understanding. The focus on the rockstars today was to divide and times by 2 to support their knowledge of halving…well done class 9!
