KS1 space dome planetarium
Year 1 and 2 are very excited for their next visitors who are coming into school. They will be coming into school next week and the children will be blown away by this experience. We are asking for £4 per child towards the cost of this fantastic experience. Please pay for your child to experience this through parentpay. Thanks

Year 2 book change and PE tomorrow!
Just a reminder to bring in books so that they can be swapper tomorrow (Friday). We also have our extra PE session as well! 🙂

Class 8 wonderful writing!!!
The children have written letters to King Charles, which we will be sending to Buckingham Palace this week. Great improvement in your writing guys…well done!





KS1 Phonics
In Miss Rodgers and Mrs Clays groups this week the children have been learning ‘dge’.

In Miss Schon’s group we are continuing to learn the split digraph sounds in more depth. This week we have been developing our fluency by reading the book Yig’s Trombone and practising answering comprehension questions. Next we will be moving on to the split digraph u-e sound.

In Miss Coopers group we have been learning /ue/

Class 8 maths magic!
Class 8 have been fantastic today, measuring different objects in the classroom using rulers and tape measures. There was a focus on measuring accurately but then they were extended to order them from shortest to tallest and vice versa! Great maths today guys…well done!
