We did our first daily mile today and everyone had a great time. It was brilliant to see everyone having a go at running as much as they could. I wonder who can complete an extra lap tomorrow?

Well done to everyone last week for trying really hard with their learning. Our learning legends were JJ, Leighton, Jacob and Riley-James.
It might be Thursday but it’s the end of another busy week in Class 6. All the children have been working hard at school so enjoy the longer weekend and we will see you back in class on Tuesday!
This week the children have been learning about timelines and how transport has changed throughout history. In maths, we have been exploring 1more and 1less, and in English the children have been working hard on writing in full sentences – check out some of their fab work below!
Our Learning legend today was Bliss who had some fantastic sentence ideas in English – what a Lightbulb Leo!

Well done to Bobby who demonstrated not just one learning alien today but two! Bobby worked really hard practising forming digits 1 – 10 before being kind to another classmate and helping them. Have A Go Henry and Motivated Mo would be so proud – great job!

We’ve come to the end of another busy week in Class 6 – lots of learning, lots of fun and lots of collaborative teamwork. Great job, everybody!
Today’s learning legend was Cara who has been kind and helpful in helping one of our crew members with their reading. Harry was our Out of this World nominee for blowing us away with his can do attitude in writing … He has written some fantastic sentences this week – well done, Harry.
