We’ve made it in great time to London and are on our way to Buckingham Palace!
We have started preparations for our Year 6 leavers performance and we need your help!
Please can you email baby / toddler photos of your children as well as any other photos / video clips of your children achieving something (sports / arts / drama / academics / activism in the community etc).
Please email all photos to [email protected]
Thank you!
We’ve had a great day celebrating the end of SATs which started with bacon sandwiches before competing in a dodgeball tournament. We then had a gorgeous time at the park this enjoying the new play area as well as ice cream!
Well done to our Year 6 children who have worked incredibly hard on their SATs assessments all week. We’re really proud of the efforts they have put in and the resilience they have shown this week! As a surprise to celebrate the end of SATs, the children were given their leavers hoodies which look fabulous!
SATs are over and so the celebrations begin…starting with a special lunch for everyone!
Our Year 6 children have been nominated by Plover to take part in the ice bucket challenge to raise money for MIND UK.
We will be completing the ice bucket challenge on Tuesday 20th May during the afternoon. Your child/ren will need their PE kit to change into to be able to take part! We would also suggest a carrier bag to put any wet clothes in.
If you would like to donate, please click the link: https://www.mind.org.uk/donate/
See Plover’s ice bucket challenge and nomination below!
Good luck to our wonderful Year 6s who have worked so incredibly hard in the run up to SATs. We know that you will do your absolute best and we are already so proud of you!
What a lovely start to Summer term celebrating our Crew Champions and hearing all the wonderful comments about you all! I wonder who will be next to win their Character Trait badges!
Well done everyone!
We had a lovely presentation of learning this afternoon with lots of adults coming to celebrate the work completed this expedition. We also sold lots of gorgeous notebooks and we loved seeing them going off to their new homes!
Remember you can still purchase notebooks for £3.50 with cash or via ParentPay.
The children have worked so hard this term on their expedition with the title and guiding question, ‘Fight for your rights: How can one moment influence our future?’ We are so proud of their amazing artwork and the way it has come together to be made into a ring bound notebook linked to the inspirational figures we have studied in history. The notebook can be purchased from Monday and will first be on sale at the Year 5 and 6 presentation of learning during the afternoon using cash. The notebook will also be added to parentpay next week where you can purchase using bank card. The cost of the notebook will be £3:50.
We look forward to seeing you at our Presentation of Learning coffee afternoon on Monday at 2pm. If you haven’t yet completed the google form please click here to share whether you will be attending.
