Year 1 Spellings

For the next few weeks we will be consolidating our red words spellings. By this point we would like children to be spelling most of the words from sets 1-3 accurately. For the next few weeks can you practise each set at home and see how many spellings you can remember? Which ones do you need to practise? Each child will be different, work a the set that matches your child’s own ability. Once one step is mastered move on to the next step (or line) of spellings. I wonder how many you will know by the end of this half term?
