Year 4 – TTRockstars Update
Wow! Look at some of the scores being achieved by our Year 4 students. Both classes are absolutely smashing it! Surely both classes couldn’t reach 100,00 correct answers by the end of the week could they?
Y1 TTRockstars daily update
So as day 2 of our epic battle comes to an end Crew Schon have edged into the lead with an average of 53 correct answers per pupil compared to 45 for Crew Rodgers. It’s neck and neck with everything to play for. Congratulations to Jack from Crew Rodgers who remains in the lead for the second day, and to Spencer from Crew Schon who has shot up the leaderboard and is snapping at Jack’s heels. Remember every correct answer submitted in the ‘Garage’ section of the game earns points for your crew. How will the results look tomorrow evening? Check in to find out.

Wow Class 6! You really are Rockstars. This morning Class 6 found out that we were losing to Class 7 in the TTRockstars tournament so I set them the challenge to play tonight to earn us some more points. Class 6 you have smashed it! Lots more children have signed in and are moving up the leaderboard! Keep it up Class 6 we have until Friday to earn as many points as we can by playing in the ’garage’ section of the game. I am super proud of you all!
Special shout-out to Spencer tonight who just cant stop playing! Thank you for earning us lots of points and well done for zooming right up the leaderboard!
EYFS – Watch this space…
This afternoon some Nursery & Reception children had their photo taken for Thorne Times to celebrate our learning for our Autumn term expedition ’How do we care for bears?’ and our great achievement of being able to buy 270 bears for Changing Lives charity with the money from our fundraising efforts. Year 4 – TTRockstars Update
I have been blown away by the response of our Year 4 children today. Some have taken their times tables to the next level with how much they have been playing today and literally answered thousands of questions!
What has been especially impressive is the amount of children getting involved who haven’t joined in on TT Rockstars for a while, finding themselves near the top of the leaderboard. Well done and keep it up everyone!
Y1 Battle of the Bands update
At the end of day one Crew Rodgers are in the lead with an average of 17 correct answers per pupil with four days to go. Well done to everyone who has logged on and taken part so far. Keep it up rockstars! We got this!
