The countdown is on to our upcoming visits so here are just a few reminders to ensure everyone is in the know:
- Children should arrive at school for our usual time of 8.30am and we expect to be back in time for 3pm collection from our usual doors.
- Children are required to wear their school t-shirt / polo and their school jumper or cardigan (n.b. even if it is warm weather, it will be cool inside the venue).
- Children should wear comfortable, long trousers or leggings in a dark colour. No jeans, shorts or skirts.
- Children will need to wear safe and comfortable footwear, such as trainers. No sandals, crocs or sliders.
- Children will need to bring their packed lunches and a securely fastened water bottle in a bag that they can comfortably carry themselves. Where pupils are receiving a school packed lunch, please send your child with a bag that can accommodate this.
- As some of our time may be spent outdoors in a play area, please ensure your child has appropriate items for this. As we expect it to be warm weather, a sunhat and suncream may be advisable. If the weather is particularly cold or wet, then a lightweight coat with a hood will be needed. Please ensure these items fit securely in your child’s bag.
- Children are not permitted to eat or drink on the coach, and we will not have time to visit the gift shop during our trip. Therefore, no sweets, snacks or money is needed.
And, finally, just a quick reminder to (a) pay any outstanding trip monies via Parent Pay, and (b) ensure you have signed and returned any forms sent home by your child’s class teacher. Thank you 🙂
