Our core text for the next 3 weeks in English is ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Picnic’ and to hook the children and immerse them into their learning, today they had their own picnic.
Not only was it fantastic crew building and enjoyable but they also had a great discussion about what a picnic should be and what they enjoyed the most.
