Children in class 3 and 4 have been exploring their knowledge of numbers, counting and ordering outdoors. They had collected leaves from the outdoor area then selected a handful to find out who had most. Jacob recorded the numbers on his leaves and Nahla decided to do the same. Oscar counted how many he’d got and told me he had most as he had 8 leaves and I only had 6!
