Wherever possible, when there is a potential change to policy or procedure at Green Top we seek critique from different groups. The senior leadership team and I have realigned the behaviour, policy pending the annual review next week, to meet the changes in language we use for crew and our curriculum at Green Top.
Therefore you will notice some subtle changes such as an introduction of HOWL points ‘Habit of Work and Learning points’ in replacement of house points – We have identified a need to reboot this reward. In addition you’ll see the introduction of an orange card, the intention is for this to replace a second yellow card and signify the need for parents and school to plan together for a significant change in behaviour by working closely together.
