Kixx Community Summer Staycation activities 2023 at Brooke Primary Academy School, Wike Gate Road, Thorne – Information for parents/guardians/carers
We are pleased to announce that Kixx Community is coming back to Brooke Primary to deliver a wide variety of FREE TO ATTEND activities during the Summer holiday! The activities will take place outdoors and involve a mixture of sport, physical activity, arts and crafts. Each child who attends will access a variety of different activities each day.
Places are available for children on free school meals. Children attending should be a minimum of 5 years old, there are no exceptions. This is due to the physical nature of the activities.
Every child attending will receive a FREE healthy, nutritional lunch and fresh fruit snackks.
Kixx Community sessions will take place for 4 hours between 10am and 2pm on the following dates:
- Monday 14 August 2023
- Tuesday 15 August 2023
- Wednesday 16 August 2023
- Thursday 17 August 2023
- Friday 18 August 2023
- Monday 21 August 2023
- Tuesday 22 August 2023
- Wednesday 23 August 2023
- Thursday 24 August 2023
- Friday 25 August 2023
Activities will include:
- Gymnastics
- Dance
- Basketball
- Multi-skills
- Rounders
- Cricket
- Football
- Nutritional education activities
- Mixed Martial Arts fitness
- Challenge Academy personal skills development
- Arts & Crafts
If you would like to book your child onto the Summer activities, please click on the link below:
Only book the dates that you are certain your child will be attending. Please do not simply ‘block book’ the whole two weeks. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours via email.
Please note that the minimum age for any child attending is 5 years old. There will not be any exceptions.
