Class 14 tried their hand at planning today! Instead of me providing them with comprehension questions, they had to read the text (Beowulf) and come up their own questions to ask each other. The focus was on the different reading content domains and they thought of a range of questions including: retrieve and record, prediction, inference and word meaning. The questions that they came up were of excellent quality and really impressed me!
