Today one of our activities was aimed at developing children’s early literacy skills. The challenge was to roll the dice and copy the pattern or shapes you could see… As you can see in the photos the children really enjoyed taking part. They concentrated so well on holding the pens carefully and creating their marks on paper. Developing these skills will support the children’s ability to write letters of the alphabet in the coming months. Well done Nursery Crew!
