Class 9’s Science Afternoon!

The children recorded their findings using scientific vocabulary.

We focussed on Solids, Liquids and Gases this afternoon and used a range of equipment to explore the different states of various objects. We melted butter and chocolate, we cooked eggs in the microwave, we mixed vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, toasted bread in the toaster and also lit a candle. What a busy afternoon we have had!
