Class 9 walk

We had such a great walk in the local area today looking at road safety around the school grounds. We firstly talked about using our eyes and ears to look and listen for cars. We then talked about looking right-left-right before stepping off of the pavement.

We then investigated things that made us safe, such as yellow lines and reminding adults not to park on them as well as the speed limit signs around school that are 20mph!

Tomorrow we will be sharing some super posters that remind us all how to be safe on the roads.
