Wow class 6, it is the end of another week and yet again you have blew me away. This week I have been blown away with your attitude towards completing beautiful work. In Phonics we have been working on recalling the graphemes we learned in reception. We have been reading and writing words and sentences using these sounds. The children have also been learning how to check and edit their own work. Two of these photographs were taken pre-editing which shows the children have really been focussing carefully on sounding out their words and using the correct graphemes!
As part of our Hook Week activities we have also been sketching dragon eyes. Yesterday we started to paint our dragon eyes using watercolours. The finished artwork looks amazing and I can’t wait to display it in our classroom and on our ‘Beautiful Work’ wall.
