Class 5 have designed their own roller skates today like the ones Mrs Armitage has on in our class text. After the children shared which learning aliens they had been. We had some great drawings! Well done everyone we had a great afternoon.

I al super proud of Sophia for her awesome model of the titanic. It is so realistic and I can see how much effort she has put into it! Also a huge well done to Grace and Charley for their awesome out of school achievements in swimming and dancing! We are so proud of you all! £100 class each for you all!

Yesterday, class 10 carried out a science experiment and erupted their volcanoes. They had so much fun making predictions and then watching the mess the volcanoes caused!

In Class 8 this week we thought about coding and giving, recording and following directions around the classroom.  In a few weeks we will be ready to give instructions using computers!

Year 5 recently enjoyed a trip to The Deep as part of our theme. We looked at how animals evolve over time and took part in a workshop learning all about fossils and evolution!

The children worked collaboratively putting Mrs Armitage’s shopping lists into sentences, using commas in a list.  Well done everyone!

Well done to these year 5 and 6 children who were awarded the most house points in their class last week. Keep up the great work!
