Ava has been a Have a go Henry today in literacy with her letter writing. She’s blown us away! Well done Ava!
Crew Wallace were amazing at working collaboratively today on their Crew Challenge. They were given art straws and tape and had to work in their teams to build the longest/tallest tower. They had to figure out what they would do and work as a team.
They did amazingly and produced some crackers!!
Keep it up Crew Wallace 😊
Ezra is our Connecting Connie today for impressing us with his knowledge of 2D shapes and making links in his learning. He continued finding and drawing shapes outside in his play. Well done Ezra! ⭐️
We worked as a team and we managed to get across without getting soggy socks!
Keep it up crew Wallace 😊
A polite notice to all parents and carers to not send your child into nursery with any nut based foods. This includes peanut butter and chocolate bars containing nuts. We have several children who are severely allergic to nuts.
Many thanks for your understanding.
The EYFS Team
We have had another super day, still crew building but with a bit of maths thrown in! Trying to get the most points by throwing the beanbag was tricky but fun!
More fun tomorrow
Mrs Wallace 😊
Our Learning Legend for today is Nathaniel!! A super first day back and a very impressive learning attitude!
I am really proud to have you in my class Nathaniel
Well done!
Mrs Wallace 😊
It was so lovely to welcome all of the children back into F2 today. This morning we did a crew activity where we used a tangled up piece of string. We talked about how our tummy’s felt a bit tangled because we were nervous this morning. We worked in collaborative groups to untangle the string because if we work together and talk together we can untangle not only our string but it might help us untangle our feelings too.
Well done everyone, you were amazing : )
I am so proud of you all!
See you all tomorrow
Mrs Wallace 🙂
We had such a fabulous morning in the snow! It looked so beautiful, we had to go out and explore for ourselves. It was cold, but wonderful! The children really enjoyed playing and running as you can see from our happy faces!
