Well done to everyone who took part in our Sports Day!

Well done to everyone who took part in our Sports Day!
We had a great time for our last School Council meeting of the year. It was lovely to see all the children reflecting on what they have enjoyed this year before we celebrated all our hard work with some party games. Thank you for all your hard work this year! You have all been amazing and should be super proud of yourselves.
Y4 parents, please see the updates for swimming.
Miss Knowles’ class have now finished swimming due to the majority of the children passing the National Curriculum expectations.
Mr Taylor’s class will have their final swimming session on Thursday 13th July.
There is no swimming session on Monday 10th due to Sports Day.
Thank you 🙂
Don’t forget KS2 sports day will take place on Monday 10th July. The children will be out on the KS2 field from 9am and we will start the races soon after!
Please send your child in their PE kits on sports day along with a water bottle. If the weather is hot, the children may need sun hats and sun cream.
We look forward to seeing you there!
To celebrate arts week, we would like as many people as possible to create some artwork linked to the theme of ‘connecting across generations‘. Get together with your family or friends to create a piece of artwork. It can be anything you want! You could create a family portrait, a landscape of somewhere you like to visit or just your favourite picture.
It would be great to see everyone working together to create one piece of artwork. Send any pictures or your final art work to Miss Barnett or email them to [email protected] by Monday 17th July.
Here are some examples if you need some inspiration!
Well done to our out of this world winners and our HoWL point certificates!
Please join us for our Year 3/4 presentation of learning on Wednesday 12th July for a 2pm start in the hall. This will be an assembly style presentation so you may want to come a bit earlier for a choice of seat!
We can’t wait to share our learning from this expedition with you!
Thank you
As it is wellbeing week this week, we spent twenty minutes completing some of our writing outside this morning! Writing can be a bit tricky sometimes so it was lovely to get some fresh air and sunshine whilst doing it!
Well done to all of our out of this world recipients and howl point winners! 😆
School council have been busy counting this afternoon to find the total of our Golden Mile. We have raised £77.90! Thank you to everyone who made a donation.
