Beautiful Work This Week

Ready, Steady, Grow!

In the spring of 2023, the KS1 pupils from primary schools across the XP Trust undertook a cross-curricular learning Expedition called ‘Ready Steady Grow’, where they looked to answer the guiding question…

‘How can I be the healthiest version of me?’

The Expedition culminated in this beautiful collaborative book – filled with recipes, healthy eating advice and the story behind the students’ learning!

‘What will I do to be a champion in my community?’ Pledges at Norton Infants!

Year 5 Beautiful work

Year 5 have spent the past 2 lessons in Religious Studies creating beautiful ‘Sacred Places’ collage. The results are stunning and we can’t wait to display them in school for visitors to enjoy!

Crew Jackson – more beautiful writing

Since completing SATs, I have been so proud of each and everyone of the children for the wonderful writing they have produced. They have worked so hard to show their ability to; write for purpose; select appropriate features and vocabulary; be creative; use the full range of Key Stage 2 grammatical features and punctuation; and really engage the reader in their written work.

I am bursting with pride and just have to show off more of their beautiful work this week!
