In nursery today we have celebrated ‘Maria’s’ name day with cake and party games! Congratulations Maria and thank you for our lovely cake to share, it was so delicious!

Olivia and Isla have blown me away this week settling into nursery and showing everyone not only that they are beautiful and kind but how hard they can work too! Superstars! 
It has been a wonderful week getting to know all of our new friends in nursery. The children have shown how kind they are towards each other and have been exploring their new environment.

The children have had a gorgeous week doing all things sporty! Yesterday the children worked in their crew to try out many games, practice sports skills and have lots of fun. Here are some of our highlights!
We have a had a wonderful end to the week in Nursery today. Sitting in the shade to have a story this morning and this afternoon we have been decorating biscuits. Don’t they look delicious? We got very sticky but had lots of fun.

Week beginning the 19th July Nursery children are welcome to come to school in their sports kits for the week to coincide with KS1 and KS2 sports week.

This week we are reading the story ‘Mixed’ by Arree Chung. Today we explored what colours we can make from mixing red, yellow and blue. Look at all the lovely colours we made. The children really enjoyed this activity and loved talking about the colours they had made and the colours they had used.
