This week the nursery children are getting very excited celebrating Christmas in school and learning about The First Christmas Story in preparation for their production of the ‘Wriggly Nativity’.

Congratulations Hope for being a super Stickabilty Stan this week! We are all proud of you for coming to school every day and choosing lots of fun things to do to in your play.
EYFS had lots of fun on Friday morning getting into the Christmas Spirit by recording their track on the Christmas CD! Don’t forget to out your order in if you would like one! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed performing!
This week in nursery the children have been having fun exploring and tuning into instrumental sounds. Here are some of the fun games we have played for you to try at home! Don’t forget to record them in your homework book for your extra class reward!
A lovely rendition of the three little pigs was performed by the EYFS children today. The work produced by the children this term has been amazing and I personally was overwhelmed with the confidence and articulation of our youngest members of the school.
What a beautiful day at sundown adventure land. The children were a delight to take and really made us proud. they loved the magic of seeing santa and getting a gift and going on some of the rides as well as visiting the story characters house . We ended the day with a splash on a great water ride.
The children had an awesome time visiting Sundown today! They explored the story houses and villiages bringing our exploration to life! We even had chance to visit Santa! Thank you to our adults for your kind support and to our children for being super!
The children in nursery explored those characteristics of learning this week by reading together the story ‘The Dot’. The story encourages children to do their best work and try again when things don’t seem so right.
