On Monday Year 5 were utterly amazing during our Yoga P.E session. Together we learnt some new Yoga positions such as: The Downward Facing Dog, The Bird and The Cobra. The children had to demonstrate a lot of body strength and control which they did with determination and focus.
At the end of the session the children enjoyed ‘relaxation’ time where they were able to relax their body and mind from the stresses of the day. It was awesome! We all left school feeling revitalised, relaxed and happy!
